Hello, my name is Andrea and I am excited to share my journey with milling wheat!

I grew up in Mahomet, IL and still live there with my husband, Kurtis, and 3 boys, Kaleb, Luke and Ryan. I work on the family farm with my dad and brothers growing a variety of commodity and specialty corn and soybeans. In early 2025, I discovered the health benefits and tastiness of home-milled bread items and started to integrate it consistently into our diet. When I stuck with it and the family started baking as well, I was fortunate to be able to grow some on a small field for ourselves and with plenty left over to start selling as well!

We also have popcorn growing currently, which will be available for sale after the fall 2026 harvest!
